ChizComm Ltd. and Beacon Media Group appointed Kathleen Campisano to global chief marketing officer of ChizComm and general manager of Beacon Media Group, along with Dean Shoukas as vice president of digital marketing.

Campisano brings more than 25 years of experience of driving multi-million dollar growth. She joins the company from Barnes and Noble, where she served as vice president of toys, games and specialty products. During her 10 years in retail Campisano and her team, not only launched a world class Educational Toys & Games Department, but also delivered aPop Culture Trend Shop to stores nationwide. Throughout her career, she has held executive positions as executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Mega Brands; senior vice president of design, product development, and strategic marketing for LeapFrog Enterprises, along with senior brand and product development positions at Fisher-Price and Century Baby Products.

In her role, Campisano will be based in New Jersey and oversee operations of the Beacon Media Group and serve as ChizComm’s global chief marketing officer.  Kathleen’s expertise across all areas of marketing, brand building, product line strategy, and retail merchandising will further advance the future capabilities within both organizations.

ChizComm is also welcoming Dean Shoukas as the vice president of digital marketing. In this new role, Shoukas will oversee all digital media initiatives from ChizComm’s Toronto office, and will be supporting the digital media buying strategies of the Beacon Media Group. Former director of digital sales, Dean comes to ChizComm having spent the past 11 years at Corus Entertainment, where he managed sales relationships with key partners and oversaw a digital sales team that saw year after year growth.
