Halloween is on its way, and this year, the shelves are looking extra Spookley

Just in time for fall, Holiday Hill Farms is teaming up with Spirit Halloween and License 2 Play to create new toys and costumes inspired by its adorable autumn icon, Spookley the Square Pumpkin. The companies join Holiday Hill Farm’s growing roster of licensing partners in expanding the character’s retail presence ahead of the 2026 spooky season.

As part of the agreement, Spookley the Square Pumpkin costumes have sprouted up at Spirit Halloween stores across the U.S. Available in a variety of toddler sizes, these costumes feature a soft, square-shaped tunic with the pumpkin’s smiling face, paired with leafy-green leggings and long sleeves.

Meanwhile, License 2 Play is designing and developing a new line of Spookley plush toys. The collection will roll out this fall at Barnes & Noble and other specialty retailers, with opportunities to further expand the series in the seasons to come.

“These partnerships represent a key milestone in Spookley’s continued expansion into the marketplace as a bona fide Halloween franchise,” said Aaron Burakoff, Head of Partnerships at Holiday Hill Farm. “For years, families have embraced Spookley’s message of kindness and acceptance. Now fans can celebrate the season in new ways, whether they’re dressing up as Spookley, cuddling with a new Spookley plush, or introducing Spookley to a whole new generation.”

In addition to the licensed products, Holiday Hill Farms will also expand its homegrown product lines with new Spookley porch greeters, board books, and more, all slated to hit shelves later this fall.
