David Conn Takes the Helm at Sequential Brands Group

Sequential Brands Group Inc. appointed David Conn as its new director and CEO.

Most recently, Conn served as CEO of ThreeSixty Brands, which acquired and relaunched FAO Schwarz.

“David Conn is an innovative, strategic, and entrepreneurial executive with an established track record of building and transforming businesses with strong global consumer brands,” says William Sweedler, chairman of the board at Sequential Brands. “He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the retail sector and strong industry relationships, which will be invaluable to Sequential as we embark on this next chapter.”

Known for brand revitalization, Conn also played a role in the resurrection of Sharper Image while at ThreeSixty Brands. Prior to that, he held top executive roles at True Religion, VF Corp., and Iconix Brand Group.

Sequential Brands’ portfolio includes the Franklin Mint, Jessica Simpson, And1, Avia, and more.
