Virginia-based Design Master Associates (Design Masters) will launch a new collectibles line this April — Wild Hair Creations‘ Creatures of Legends and Lore.

The collection includes six creatures based on famous legends, and is available for retailer pre-order now. Inspired by classic troll dolls, Sasquatch, Jersey Devil, Yeti, Chupacabra, Mothman, and Cthulhu round-out the assortment of 5.5-inch figures.

Books-a-Million is already on board as an early retail partner, locking-in Cthulhu as an exclusive during the first 90 days of distribution.

Design Masters, largely known for designing and manufacturing ornaments, gift items, and products for museums and historical sites such as Mount Vernon, The White House Historical Association, The Gateway Arch National Park, and the U.S. Capitol Historical Society, entered the collectible figures market in 2017. The surprise success of the company’s “Hair to the Chief” President Trump troll doll eventually inspired a further foray into the realm of collectible figures for nearly all ages.
