Disney debuts new Toy Story 5 products ahead of the June 19 global premiere of the film. Licensing deals from Mattel, LeapFrog, and more have created products that are already available, with more on the way.
Mattel’s interactive toys are on shelves now. Disney and Pixar Toy Story 5 Playscale Interactables include Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Forky, and Lilypad figures, sold separately, that chat individually and with each other. A pull string on The Running Woody Feature Figure triggers Woody’s signature running motion and more than 50 sounds and phrases.
Woody and Jessie figures can be paired with the Giddy-Up Bullseye RC, which gallops and dances with the toy’s remote control. Meanwhile, LeapFrog’s Explore & Learn Lilypad offers educational playtime.
More products are on the way, including character mystery boxes from Pop Mart arriving April 30 and kid-friendly luggage from Away rolling into stores June 9. Apparel and accessory collaborations, including new bags from Loungefly and jewelry from Pandora, are also planned. Crocs footwear and accessories arrive June 16.
The LEGO Group has announced sets for builders while Funko has seven Pop! figures for collectors. Miniso also delivers new crossbody bags and Woody and Buzz doll keychains.
Hasbro has provided character makeovers for its classic Mr. Potato Head toy. A new Bop It! toy also features a new Buzz Lightyear-inspired design.
Other collaborations feature products from BoxLunch, The Children’s Place, and more. The next installment in the Toy Story franchise arrives in theaters June 19.
