Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty Collection

Funrise launched their new IP, Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty with an animated series on Nickelodeon. As the 26-episode tale about a creature that’s part rainbow, part butterfly, part unicorn and 100 percent kitty, unfolds, the toymaker is ramping up plans for a full-scale toy and consumer products launch this fall. Among the items shown at Toy Fair New York last month, are role play toys, toys with surprise reveals, collectible bobble head figures, action figures and playsets and plush.

Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty 9 Lives Surprise

“We’re excited to unveil our Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty toy line based on the TV series from our newly formed entertainment division,” says Randy Shoemaker, senior vice president of global marketing, Funrise. “The TV series reinforces the positive message that everyone is special and unique, and you don’t have to be just one thing. And the Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty toy line delivers on that message by tapping into four iconic trends that girls love: rainbows, butterflies, unicorns and kitties!”

Toys slated for release this fall include over-sized Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty Action Power Paws; Rainbow Kitty Vision Mask; Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty 9 Lives Surprise Assortment; Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty Fabulous Felicity Plush; and the Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty Groovin’ Heads Assortment of bobbleheads.

Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty Mask and Feature Plush

In January, Funrise appointed Rich Magallanes as senior vice president of development and production for the company’s new IP and entertainment division, with Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty as the first launch.
