Goliath acquired the Vivid Toy Group from Privet Capital for an undisclosed sum.
Vivid is a European independent branded toy and game company, which distributes, licenses, designs, manufactures, and sells a combination of in-house developed IP and third-party licenses. Vivid distributed critical partner brands to leading retailers in more than 60 markets worldwide. Vivid’s core product lines are toys, games, and arts & crafts.
The company also recently announced a partnership with Corus Nelvana as part of its innovation pipeline into next year and beyond.
Using the combined scale of the Pressman, Goliath, and Crown & Andrews game portfolios, Vivid will launch new games next year. The company will also get the full benefit of Goliath’s global marketing team.
