Toronto-based Spin Master Corp. continues to reshape its board of directors with the appointment of Kevin Glass to the board.

“We are very fortunate to have Kevin join our Board,” says Spin Master Chairman and Co-CEO Anton Rabie. “His deep experience and leadership in finance will be a tremendous asset to Spin Master. I am confident that he will make an immediate contribution, building value for our shareholders.”

Glass most recently served as senior executive vice president and CFO at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), where he was responsible for financial strategy, oversight, reporting and planning, as well as the use and composition of CIBC’s balance sheet resources. Glass retired from CIBC in last year.

During Spin Master’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders in May, a pair of major appointments were made with Reggie Fils-Aimé, former president and COO at Nintendo of America, and Christina Miller, former president of WarnerMedia‘s Kids, Young Adults, and Classic division joining the board.
