This month, LEGO Group brought to retail the first building sets from The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part. On Feb. 1, the collection expands with the largest LEGO Movie set to-date, Welcome to Apocalypseburg! (70840). An advanced building set recommended for ages 16 and up, it offers a 360-degree play experience when completed. The set features a section of the Statue of Liberty with a chill-out room in the head, a café, Scribble Cop’s office with a chair-kicking function, an armory, a barber’s/tattoo parlor, Lucy’s hideout, Fuse’s workshop, a rooftop diner, a gym, a spa, lookout platforms, a host of character-specific accessories, and more.

This set also includes 12 new-for-2019 LEGO Minifigures, including Emmet, Lucy, Batman, Scribble Cop, Harley Quinn, Green Lantern, ’Where are my pants?’ Guy, Larry the Barista, Chainsaw Dave, Mo-Hawk, Roxxi, and Fuse, plus a rat figure.
