Mattel revealed its first leadership moves of the new year.

Jason Horowitz (pictured top left) steps into the role of senior vice president, U.S. marketing and head of global digital and media. Horowitz most recently served as senior vice president, Hot Wheels, and global head of vehicles. In his new role, Horowitz reports to Steve Totzke, global chief commercial officer.

Roberto Stanichi (pictured top right) returns to Mattel following a two-year run at Spin Master. Stanichi assumes the role of senior vice president, Hot Wheels, and global head of vehicles, taking over for Horowitz. At Spin Master, he served as vice president, marketing, and global business unit lead for the preschool business. He previously spent nearly 13 years at Mattel in a variety of positions, including vice president, global marketing for the action figures category, and as senior director of marketing over the Hot Wheels brand. Stanichi reports to Mattel President and COO Richard Dickson.
