Radio Flyer is known as the maker of the original Little Red Wagon, but the company offers more than just wagons . A new addition to its line of electric bikes (eBike) is giving parents and guardians upgraded features designed with safety in mind. The Flyer Via boasts details and accessories that make it easy to opt for a bike ride rather than a trip in the family car.

The new Flyer Via includes a kid and cargo carrier that supports up to two children on the integrated rear rack. The bike features hydraulic disc brakes, a 500-watt motor, and a UL-certified lithium-ion battery (with a range of up to 50 miles). Families can also purchase the pro version which has a more powerful 750-watt motor, a suspension fork, a gear and trigger shifter, and an upgraded LED headlight.

The Flyer Via is the first of multiple new bikes joining our Flyer line this year and represents the culmination of our dedication to innovation and quality craftsmanship here at Radio Flyer.

Radio Flyer is also launching a new line of accessories to accompany the Flyer Via release, including an XL Hauler for maximum storage, a Canopy designed to protect passengers from weather conditions, and Tote Bags for transporting cargo.

The Via is the first in Radio Flyer’s new models that will be joining the Flyer line this year. It launches on the company’s online store today, April 16, and retails for $2,199, with the pro version retailing for $2,499. The bike will also be available to test ride in Radio Flyer’s flagship retail store at Woodfield Mall in Chicago.
