Phoenix International Publications (PIP) and Sesame Workshop launched an updated version of the Potty Time with Elmo app.
Based on best-selling children’s book Potty Time with Elmo, the app has more than 350,000 downloads and was iTunes’ No. 1 paid education app within two weeks of its original launch.
Developed for children 18 months and up, the interactive app features Elmo teaching his favorite doll, Baby David, the rewards of learning to use the toilet. In the update, Abby Cadabby joins the story, too.
The app includes songs, games, stickers, and a reward chart to help make kids’ potty journeys fun and successful. For parents, the app offers training tips, multiple story-reading modes, and a way to track their child’s potty progress.
This update includes a reward chart personalization, a new song, a new preschool classroom scene, new puzzles, and two new games.
The updated Elmo’s Potty Time app is free to users who purchased the previous version. For new buyers, the app costs $2.99 and is available from the Apple App Store and the Amazon Appstore.
