The Gruffalo Franchise to Broadcast on Sprout TV in More Than 50 Million Homes

The Gruffalo and The Gruffalo’s Child, the animated films from Magic Light Pictures, will be broadcast on Sprout TV in December as part of their holiday programming.

24-hour preschool television channel Sprout announced the line-up for its holiday television season, including The Gruffalo, and the U.S. premiere of the follow-up companion film, The Gruffalo’s Child. The movies will air back-to-back on Saturday, December 22, Wednesday, December 26, and Thursday, December 27 at 1 p.m., 9 p.m. and 12 a.m. EST.

A new website platform has also been launched, giving parents of Gruffalo fans access to the Gruffalo world, including updates, news, and information on where to buy merchandise.
