The Toy Insider is officially accepting submissions for its 21st annual Holiday Gift Guide, with entries open through June 19. The Toy Insider is a sister publication of The Toy Book.
The annual guide spotlights toys and games expected to be among the hottest products of the holiday season and features selections across multiple age groups and categories. Products chosen for the guide will appear in editorial coverage online beginning in September. Submitting a product does not guarantee placement in the guide.
Eligible submissions must be new for 2026 and available at retail by Nov. 1. Samples must arrive at the publication’s New York City office by July 2. Companies needing extensions for delayed samples are encouraged to contact the editorial team directly.
The Holiday Gift Guide will include toys for kids ages 0-8 and up, along with The Toy Insider’s annual Hot 20, STEM 10, and Top Budget-Friendly Toys lists.
This year’s submission process also introduces an updated online form that allows companies to save progress and edit submissions through the deadline. There is no longer a product limit per form, allowing companies to submit multiple items in a single entry session.
