The Toy Insider Announces Sweet Suite @ Home 2021

In-person gatherings for the toy industry may still be a ways off, but the Toy Insider is striking back with its second-ever Sweet Suite @ Home virtual event!

Sweet Suite, known as the biggest night of play, is a legendary industry party that connects toy and game companies of all sizes — from the biggest in the world to emerging superstars — with press, media personalities, and influencers. While we all continue to ride out the COVID-19 pandemic, Sweet Suite @ Home 2021 will bring all the toy-filled fun and excitement of Sweet Suite into the homes of press and influencers across North America and around the world.

The event takes place on July 14, and like last year, Sweet Suite @ Home 2021 will feature a fully customized virtual party environment housed within a 360-degree virtual convention space and show floor. As they enter the digital world, guests will have the ability to explore sponsors’ booths and get live face-to-face toy demos via video chat. Sweet Suite @ Home guests can meet via Zoom with more than 50 toy companies and get inspired for holiday gift guides, future toy reviews, special coverage opportunities, and more.

Last year’s event featured scavenger hunts, games, dance parties, celebrity guests, musical entertainment, giveaways, contests, and more. For 2021, the Toy Insider team and its exhibiting sponsors are going even bigger to deliver the best at-home virtual event of all time. Participating sponsors will start to be announced in the coming weeks.

The Toy Insider is now accepting applications for Sweet Suite @ Home 2021. Influencers who are interested in attending should review the attendee requirements and fill out an application. In addition to Sweet Suite @ Home, The Toy Insider’s annual holiday event, Holiday of Play, is currently scheduled to take place live and in-person in New York City on September 22, 2021, pending it is safe for people to gather at that time. If not, the event will move online and take place on October 21. A final decision will be announced this summer.
