Hansa North America has named Brad Countryman to the position of sales and marketing director, effective June 21.
Countryman will collaborate with the executive leadership team to set the strategy goals for the company to grow the company across multiple markets. According to Countryman, his first priority is to define market segments and engage “A” game independent sales specialists.
Countryman has 30 years of experience and his background includes creating, implementing, and managing B2B and B2C business models, and the associated marketing and sales strategies. He founded two consumer goods manufacturing companies and, over the past 20 years, has developed licensing programs, commercialization strategies, and manufacturing for brands and intellectual properties.
