The Toy Association invites members for another call to provide guidance and information on the Toys “R” Us (TRU) bankruptcy case, scheduled for Thursday, April 26 at 2 p.m. EDT. This alert also provides information on recent court filings related to the Toys “R” Us bankruptcy proceedings.

During the call, representatives from TRU’s legal counsel, Kirkland & Ellis, and their financial advisors, Alvarez & Marsal, will provide members with an update on the liquidation process, sales of the Canadian and other international operations, the status of the motion to file administrative claims, and other matters. Members can ask questions during the call if time permits, and questions can be submitted to to creditors@toyassociation.org prior to the call no later than 5 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, April 25. Any questions not answered on the call will be addressed via email the following week.
