Hasbro kept its 2026 winning streak alive in the third quarter, posting a fourth consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue growth and another milestone for Magic: The Gathering.
Companywide revenue climbed 15% year over year, led by a 31% surge at Wizards and Digital Gaming. Consumer Products gained 4%, while Entertainment rose 9%.
Magic: The Gathering remained the heavyweight. Revenue for the brand jumped 34%, fueled by The Hobbit and Reality Fracture, and topped $600 million for the quarter for the first time. Monopoly Go! kicked in another $41 million, bringing its year-to-date contribution to $127 million.
“Inspiring a lifetime of play is our superpower, and this quarter showed what it can do,” said Hasbro CEO Chris Cocks.
Consumer Products also moved higher, with Marvel, KPop Demon Hunters, Beyblade, and Transformers leading the quarter. Sales got an additional lift from Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the release of Blooms by Play-Doh, and continued momentum across Hasbro’s GEM² (Gamified, Entertainment-Driven, Multi-Purchase, Multi-Generational) categories.
Operating profit came in at $517 million, with adjusted operating profit rising 52% to $541 million. Earnings landed at $2.77 per diluted share, or $2.90 on an adjusted basis.
Entertainment also had a better quarter. Revenue increased 9%, while adjusted operating profit jumped 63% as a more favorable licensing mix helped the segment.
With revenue up 15% through the first nine months of the year, Hasbro raised the bar again on its 2026 guidance. The company now expects constant-currency revenue growth of 7-9%, versus its previous 5-7% range, and adjusted EBITDA of 1.575-1.625 billion.
The outlook for adjusted operating margin also moved higher, to 27-28%. At the same time, Hasbro doubled its share repurchase target for the year while continuing to put cash toward the business and debt reduction.
