Crayola is looking to build its licensing business with the addition of two new hires.

Rob Spindley joined the company as director, licensing, EMEA, and Tiffany Moore has been named head of retail development, Crayola licensing.

“International expansion and retail development are key strategic priorities for the growth of our business.  We are excited to have both Rob and Tiffany join our team,” says Warren Schorr, vice president, Crayola business development and global licensing. “Their knowledge and experience will help transform Crayola’s licensing business in their respective areas.”

Based in London, Spindley comes to Crayola with experience on the licensor, licensee, and agent sides of the business and has worked with top licensors, including The Walt Disney Co., BBC Studios, Universal, and Technicolor.

Moore previously held retail development roles at Disney and DreamWorks. She joins Crayola from Universal Studios where she developed retail programs for the Jurassic World and Trolls franchises.
