Beginning next year, a major player in the world of inflatable toys and leisure products will be making its catalog more accessible than ever to the growing specialty market.

Bestway USA Inc. teamed up with Steve Starobinsky of KID@HEART to create the Bestway Boutique which officially opens for business on January 1, 2022.

“Bestway Boutique is a curated assortment of spring and summer inflatables for the back yard, pool, river, and lake specifically focused on the specialty retail market,” says Scott Schellhase, CEO of Bestway USA. “In conjunction with the opening of our new 140,000 square-foot office, showroom, and fulfillment center in Chandler, Arizona, Bestway USA will be able to provide specialty retailers success in these fun categories for both kid and adult consumers.”

Ahead of its formal launch, Bestway and KID@HEART have begun early previews with strategic specialty retailers and buying groups over the past few weeks. Fueled by the need for a modern, domestic warehouse, and a booming indie market, Bestway recently moved into its new headquarters where construction on its permanent showroom is underway.

“Bestway is a powerhouse manufacturer, marketer, and innovator in the outdoor toy super category that is seeing massive growth and success across multiple channels,” says Steve Starobinsky, KID@HEART. “The post-pandemic consumer has found a new appreciation for active play in nature or one’s backyard and I am confident the products will resonate. The Bestway Boutique is created with intension and commitment to building a domestic business that allows great independent retailers access to this meaningful brand.”

Bestway plans to begin its 2023 sales meetings immediately following the conclusion of Toy Fair New York in February. Retailers from across the country will be welcomed into the fold for a look at new products a full year out from release for an opportunity to build new business in a category where they may not have previously operated.
