Games, Puzzles Fuel AreYouGame.com Expansion

AreYouGame.com has a new home in Kansas City.

The online retailer boasts that sales growth for “the largest assortment of games and puzzles in the U.S.” prompted its relocation from Memphis to a 109,000 square-foot fulfillment center that offers an upgraded conveyor system, a larger receiving area, and the capacity to efficiently ship more than 30,000 orders per day.

“The new Kansas City facility allows AreYouGame.com the needed space for fulfillment and shipping in 2020,” says Bob Moog, chairman of AreYouGame.com and co-founder of University Games. “We expect to double our current 500,000 shipments per year to more than 1,000,000 by 2021. We need enough space to handle that kind of volume and have that happen seamlessly.”

AreYouGame.com started shipping from the new facility on Nov. 1, though the move is ongoing.
