Hasbro is expanding its U.S. logistics network with a new flagship distribution hub.
The company opened a 600,000-square-foot facility in Midway, Georgia, marking its first fully developed, leased, and branded warehouse in the U.S. The site is designed to enhance supply chain efficiency and support both retail partners and direct-to-consumer operations.
Located in Liberty County, less than an hour from Savannah, the facility will serve as a key node in Hasbro’s North American distribution network. It joins existing operations in Chino, California, and Joliet, Illinois, and accounts for roughly 25% of the company’s U.S. distribution footprint.
“By opening our first company-leased U.S. distribution center, we’re expanding our supply chain capabilities to deliver magical play experiences faster and more efficiently than ever before,” said Stephanie Beal, Chief Supply Chain Officer at Hasbro.
Hasbro developed the project in partnership with GXO, which will support operations at the site. The facility is expected to create 60 to 70 full-time jobs, with seasonal hiring increasing that number to as many as 125 during peak periods.
Beyond capacity, the investment is tied to cost and performance. The site is projected to generate approximately $8 million in annual productivity savings, which Hasbro plans to reinvest into broader efficiency initiatives.
The Georgia facility adds scale on the East Coast while giving the company greater control over how products move from factory to shelf — and increasingly, directly to fans via its Hasbro Pulse platform.
