LEGO Star Wars Battles

Next year, Warner Bros. Interactive and Playdemic will release LEGO Star Wars Battles, a new action strategy game designed specifically for mobile devices. Developed by TT Games Brighton under license from The LEGO Group and Lucasfilm, the game will feature content from all nine films in the Skywalker Saga — including December’s Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker — plus The Clone Wars and Rogue One.

In LEGO Star Wars Battles, players can mix-and-match characters, vehicles, and locations from all eras of Star Wars in real-time, one-versus-one multiplayer battles. Players will be tasked with building a deck of light side or dark side forces from which they will “deploy troops and build LEGO towers on the battlefield to defend and capture territory as they attempt to destroy their opponents’ base.”

“For over 15 years, LEGO Star Wars video games have been offering a unique take on Star Wars, engaging and delighting fans around the world,” says Douglas Reilly, vice president, Lucasfilm Games. “We are thrilled to bring new LEGO Star Wars experiences to mobile audiences with LEGO Star Wars Battles, which introduces new ways to play in a galaxy far, far away that is still uniquely LEGO.”

The game will be available on the App Store and Google Play as a free download with in-app purchases.
