Paramount has a big year planned, and its consumer products partners are joining the party on a global scale.

Earlier this month in Melbourne, Paramount Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) held its annual Consumer Products Partner Showcase to reveal its expanding portfolio and brands to retailers and licensees.

The showcase celebrated the company’s leading position with preschool audiences, including PAW Patrol, which has upheld its position as the No. 1 preschool franchise globally and in Australia. The brand will continue its growth next year with the 10th anniversary of the franchise by welcoming new partnership opportunities and consumer product launches. At the event, guests were given a sneak peek of the second film PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie, coming in 2023.

“Paramount is a name synonymous with quality, creativity, and great entertainment for all ages,” says Venetia Davie, vice president of Paramount Consumer Products, UK, Ireland, Israel, and ANZ. “We bring together brilliant storytelling, iconic franchises, and cinematic quality to everything we do.”

Along with planned PAW Patrol offerings, Paramount revealed a lineup of new intellectual property (IP) across Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT), Star Trek: Prodigy, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Garfield. The almost 40-year-old TMNT franchise will try to capture a new generation while simultaneously offering adult fans a chance to relive the nostalgia with a new theatrical film, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. On top of the film announcement, the showcase revealed that product launches will include games, puzzles, apparel, accessories, and video games in addition to a refreshed lineup of action figures from Playmates Toys.
