Playmobil is introducing a sustainable product line ahead of World Environment Day on June 5.

The new theme Wiltopia is the company’s first eco-friendly product range and was designed to teach kids about animals, nature, the environment, and the importance of sustainability.

Items in the line will be made from an average of 80% sustainable material, including PCR (plastic that has already been used and fed back into the recycling loop) and bio-based plastics that give the collection a pastel color palette.

The first wave includes 27 animal sets, featuring baby- and medium-size animals from every continent such as giraffes, tigers, red pandas, and polar bears. Each animal figure comes with accessories and a collectible card with fun facts about the species and a QR code that leads to more content in the app like an AR feature.

Wiltopia will be available starting July 8 and will expand with six Amazon-themed sets in September.
