Yottoy is celebrating its silver anniversary this year with a range of new toys inspired by The Busy World of Richard Scarry brand.
The new plush toy offerings depict characters from the colorful world of Busytown with features including wooden wheels and clear plastic headlights. The initial line will be available this summer and includes Huckle Cat in Blue Car, Lowly Worm in Red Apple Car, and Bananas Gorilla in Yellow Banana Car. The line also includes a hardcover edition of the book What People Do All Day.
The company also expands its Little Golden Books soft toy collection this summer with the Little Golden Book Unicorn Soft Toy from I’m a Unicorn and the Little Golden Book Dragon Soft Toy from I’m a Dragon. Other new, book-inspired toys from the company include Mo Willems’ Pigeon and Duckling finger puppets, a canvas Mo Willems’ Bus pencil case, 8.5- and 12-inch Classic Paddington Seated Bear soft toys, and a Little Blue Truck jack-in-the-box.
This year, Yottoy is also celebrating milestone anniversaries for several properties, including the 75th anniversary of Spotty Bunny, the 65th anniversary of Eloise, and the 50th anniversary of Frog & Toad.
Yottoy will showcase its product range in booth No. 6034 at Toy Fair New York, taking place from Feb. 22-25 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
