Audiences that tuned into Super Bowl LVI had no shortage of big-budget commercials vying for their attention, but only one placed a pair of iconic toy brands front and center.

To illustrate the competitive housing market, Rocket Homes and Rocket Mortgage turned to Mattel in order to use two iconic pieces of fictional real estate for their Big Game spot: the Barbie Dreamhouse and Castle Grayskull.

In a commercial led by Anna Kendrick (Pitch Perfect, Trolls), kids (and viewers) get a quick education on the perils of buying a home, from pre-approvals to buyers paying more than asking, flippers looking for a quick buck, and institutional buyers coming in with all-cash offers.

The commercial served an additional purpose by placing Barbie and the residents of Eternia in front of a major audience as Mattel celebrates 60 years of the Barbie Dreamhouse and the 40th anniversary of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.

The buzzworthy ad rocketed to the top of the USA Today Ad Meter as the most talked-about commercial from the face-off between the Los Angeles Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals.
