Funrise has a new remote-controlled toy featuring favorite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle (TMNT) Raphael.
TMNT is seeing a continued resurgence in product launches thanks in part to the release of the animated film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. The movie premiered this past August and has seen a full collection of toys from various licensing partners. The newest RC toy from Funrise, featuring TMNT’s Raphael, comes just in time for holiday shopping.
The TMNT Cowabunga Skate RC is a 2.4 GHz remote-controlled skateboard capable of mimicking actual tricks. The board can move side-to-side, forward, backward, and can even spin around to get upright again if the toy falls. Raphael’s design is inspired by the Mutant Mayhem movie and the packaging features additional characters from the film. Included with the RC is a Sai-shaped remote control and a skate ramp.
Other TMNT offerings from Funrise include the Half Pipe RCs and the Turtle Madness Skate Park. In addition to licensing partnerships, Funrise is known for its own internal brands such as Gazillion, Crushie Fluffies, Sugar Surprise, and more.
The new TMNT Cowabunga Skate RC is available now at a variety of retailers, in-store as well as online. Funrise anticipates the toy’s popularity, inviting fans to post on social media with the hashtag #CowabungaSkateRC.
