TOMY International Gears Up for 100th Anniversary with 2024 Lineup

TOMY International is kicking off another century of smiles.

Celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2024, the company is coming to Toy Fair in New York City with the reveal of its 2024 lineup. Attendees will see toys and activities across numerous categories.

In the games category, TOMY has expanded its collection with a variety of fun challenges for kids and families. FIll Your Pants ($17.99) introduces a new kind of scavenger hunt where players race to find items described on the playing cards and stuff them into giant pants. Pillowbash ($19.99) is a game of quick thinking, encouraging players to choose a feather and complete the challenges before getting bashed. In the Game of Saying Huh? ($14.99), it’s not what you say, but how you say it. Screwball Scramble Level Up ($26.99) takes the Screwball Scramble game to new heights with a connecting bridge to join the games together vertically. Pop Up Bluey ($22.99) expands TOMY’s Pop Up collection based on an episode of the popular Bluey show.

In the arts and crafts arena, TOMY is introducing Jixelz ($9.99-25.99), which are innovative activity sets that provide the perfect mess-free activity for creative kids. Stackimos ($9.99-25.99) are characters made from recycled polyester that can be popped, stacked, and sticked together. Trade them with friends or add on the included charm and cord to attach them to a backpack.

TOMY is also expanding its plush collection. New formats include Nuiguru Knit ($15.99-44.99), a kawaii plush perfect for cuddling. New licenses include Warhammer ($16.99), a plush that will feature mixed materials, embroidered elements, and printed details to capture the four characters’ details in 5-inch and 6-inch-tall plush form. Furthermore, TOMY’s Suya Suya “sleeping” plush ($17.99) will include anime properties such as Jujutsu Kaisen, Spy X Family, and Tokyo Revengers.

TOMY’s popular infant play lines will see expansion in 2024. Eight new items highlighting cute characters and themes will be added to the Lamaze line ($6.99-15.99). Bebé Fuerte will add six new items ($8.99-25.99), including the Count & Groove Bouncy Barbell, Yes You Can! Stacking Blocks, and Move to the Beat Music Set. Toomies Bluey ($11.99-19.99) will have three new water play items launching in 2024. 

In the impulse category, TOMY is unveiling the unique 3-in-1 Band-It Ball ($7.99), which includes a flexible design and simple bands that can transform the ball into a traditional ball, football, or frisbee. TOMY also has a new assortment of six Peeky Pops coming for 2024 called Cottage Core ($5.99).

In the preschool category, TOMY has revealed three new John Deere items: Peek and Peel Assortment, John Deere Corny Dancer, and John Deere Magna-Clicks Plush ($9.99-24.99). Build-A-Buddy is expanding its offerings to include Monster Truck and Fire Truck ($14.99-22.99). For outdoor play, TOMY is launching Weed Trimmer, Hedge Trimmer, and 3-in-1 Power Tool, as well as a new three-piece sandbox item ($14.99).

In terms of vehicles, TOMY is expanding Monster Treads with three offerings: 2 n 1 Flipper, Rev n Roar Semi Playset, and Squishy Garbage Truck ($11.99-23.99). Every Day Play and Big Farm are expanding into figure-oriented playsets with 1:32 On the Farm Vet, 1:32 Lawn Care Sets, and 1:16 Farmall 1256 with Mower that includes a farmer and dog figure.

Lastly, ERTL Die Cast Replicas continues 80 years with a new Case IH Puller Pedal Tractor in 1:64 scale.
