Assassin's Creed

Ubisoft inked a new deal with IMG.

Under the new agreement, IMG will serve as the first exclusive licensing agency to represent the hit gaming franchises Assassin’s Creed and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege in Europe and Asia.

“Ubisoft is committed to enriching players’ lives with innovative games, and our global licensing program plays a key role in extending the brand universe,” says François Tallec, director of consumer products & partnerships, Ubisoft EMEA.

Rainbow Six Siege

IMG will build out a full licensing program for both franchises, with toys, apparel, tech items, accessories, home decor, stationery, and live experiences targeted as the key categories.

“Assassin’s Creed and Rainbow Six Siege are two of the world’s most popular game franchises, and we’re looking forward to leveraging our strengths in Asia and Europe to expand their licensed product offering,” says Mickael Andreo, vice president of licensing at IMG. “We are working with Ubisoft to develop an ambitious program for avid fans of both franchises that will be aligned with the brands’ DNA and the growth of esports as a cultural phenomenon.
