The Glo Companies is opening a new chapter in its licensing program.
The toymaker is teaming up with Sesame Workshop to bring Elmo, Abby Cadabby, and the rest of their furry friends to its Light-Up Library platform. The brand’s largest licensing collaboration to date, the collection features three interactive picture books exploring a variety of early-learning concepts for kids ages 18 months and up.
Readers can discover the magic of nature with Abby’s Garden Sounds, or reach for the stars while learning about STEM with Elmo in Outer Space. Friendship takes flight in Elmo and Abby’s Butterfly Friend, a sweet story about navigating relationships as they grow and change. As they read, kids can use the included Magic Magnifier tool to reveal glowing surprises hidden throughout the pages, turning storytime into an engaging sensory experience.
“We are honored to bring this new experience into partnership with Sesame Workshop,” said Hagan Walker, CEO of The Glo Companies. “Sesame Street has shaped generations of early learning through storytelling, character, and care. To see our technology used alongside such an iconic and trusted educational brand is an incredible validation of what we are building, and where interactive literacy can go next.”
The Sesame Workshop Light-Up Library collection is on shelves now at mass and specialty retailers. Individual titles retail for $21.99, while the complete set is available for $59.99. Learn more at glopals.com.
