Crayola’s newest hires are continuing the company’s ongoing expansion of licensing and location-based entertainment programs. The company has appointed Anna Roca as its new Head of Global Partnerships and Promotions and Jonathan Linn as its Global Head of Location Based Entertainment.
Roca will be curating new brand partnerships along with taking on the role of Director of Licensing for Mexico and Latin America. She previously worked as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing Partnerships at Disney. Linn will be expanding Crayola’s location-based entertainment program. He previously worked for Disney, Universal, DreamWorks, 20th Century Fox, MGM, Guess, Speedo, Banana Republic, and B.U.M. Equipment.
“Both [Anna and Jonathan] have excelled across multiple global enterprises and built strategic alliances with major brands,” says Warren Schorr, Senior Vice President of Business Development for Global Licensing and Experiences. “They will propel our expansion and increase engagement as we continue to foster meaningful consumer relationships with the Crayola brand.”
Also joining the team are Thomas Dimech as Crayola UK Licensing Manager and Gabby Munoz as Crayola Licensing Project Manager.
Dimech will be responsible for expanding licensed retail development in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and supporting EMEA licensees and agents. Munoz will be responsible for overseeing product development for Crayola’s licensees that produce fashion goods, stationary, social expressions, and crafts.
