Goliath’s SuperThings are expanding their presence in the U.S.

The new range of miniature collectibles are everyday items that are transformed into superheroes and supervillains. Globally, SuperThings are known as SuperZings, which have already become an international hit. SuperZings is the No. 1 boys action figure line in Spain, and is the No. 2 collectible brand in the UK.

This month, SuperThings are launching at Meijer and Fred Meyer locations.

To celebrate the launch, Goliath is activating the #IAmASuperThing campaign, which encourages kids and families to celebrate themselves as everyday superheroes. Families can tag @SuperThingsUS and #IAmASuperThing on Instagram with pictures of their kids doing everyday tasks that make them “super,” like taking out the trash or helping with chores. Goliath will randomly award SuperThings prize packs to select families.

“We know that kids have exhibited amazing resilience for the past few months, and they deserve for their good deeds to be called out,” says Mary Higbe, director of marketing, Goliath. “The #IAmASuperThing campaign is a natural fit. SuperThings are everyday, ordinary objects that have superpowers. A kid may look at themselves and think that they’re ordinary, but they need to know that they have superpowers that we see and appreciate.”

Earlier this year, Goliath launched a companion animated series on YouTube.
