SuperThings

The world of the SuperThings is about to get bigger.

Goliath is prepping for the fall launch of its animated series SuperThings: Rivals of Kaboom series 2. The animated series is based on SuperZings, a global collectible range that includes everyday items that are transformed into superheroes and supervillains. In Spain, SuperZings is the No. 1 boys action figure line, and in the UK the brand ranks as the No. 2 collectible brand.

Ahead of Licensing Expo last year, Goliath signed on with Magic Box Int Toys S.L.U. to distribute and license the range in select territories.

Rebranded as SuperThings for the U.S. market, Series 1 toys include blind bags, Supercars, Kaboom Traps, and more. Kids can learn more about the world of Kaboom City through a comic guide included with the SuperThings Starter Pack.

“We’re tremendously excited to move forward with the SuperThings series,” says Mary Higbe, director of marketing at Goliath. “The success of this brand in Europe is unprecedented and we’ve enjoyed seeing it gain momentum here in America.”

SuperThings: Rivals of Kaboom is available for streaming on YouTube.
