Indianapolis-based GreenLight Collectibles is racing into a new deal with one of NASCAR‘s most legendary teams.

The maker of die-cast vehicles and accessories entered into a licensing pact with Hendrick Motorsports to create a range of collectibles including Hendrick-branded production vehicles, shop tools, lifts, and more.

We are honored to work alongside Hendrick Motorsports. Our team at GreenLight is dedicated to capturing the essence of these remarkable race cars and drivers, and we look forward to bringing the excitement of Hendrick Motorsports to fans.”
Cale Hotton, Director of Licensing and Product Development, GreenLight Collectibles

GreenLight plans to offer its new products through various distribution channels, including the official Hendrick Motorsports Store. While Hendrick is the NASCAR Cup Series’ winningest team, the GreenLight deal does not include the NASCAR license which currently lives with Lionel Racing.

At launch in February 2024, GreenLight plans to release a pair of 1:64-scale “tribute” vehicles that apply first-win livery to a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro casting. The products are as follows:

  • 30492 – 1:64 1969 Chevrolet Camaro – Jeff Gordon / Hendrick Motorsports First Win Tribute – May 29, 1994 – Charlotte
  • 30493 – 1:64 1969 Chevrolet Camaro – Jimmie Johnson / Hendrick Motorsports First Win Tribute – April 28, 2002 – California

Additional details will be revealed in the months ahead.

Ahead of the recent Toy Fair in New York, Hendrick Motorsports also entered into a deal with Carrera Revell of Americas for a line of branded slot car racing sets and vehicles that will also hit retail next year.
