Peppa Pig is coming to LEGO DUPLO.
Peppa Pig is a British TV series featuring 4-year-old Peppa, her family, and friends as they navigate life together. The preschool series is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Peppa’s latest journey lands her in the world of LEGO, as Hasbro, The LEGO Group, and Merlin Entertainments team up to bring the pink pig to new LEGO sets and experiences.
Peppa Pig is hugely popular and LEGO fans have been asking us to do a partnership for years. It was only natural that the world’s most popular pig needed to come to life in buildable LEGO sets.
The Peppa Pig brand will be featured for the first time in LEGO products, making its way to new LEGO DUPLO sets. DUPLO sets feature bigger pieces designed for the smaller hands of young builders, giving kids ages 2 and up the chance to experience Peppa Pig in LEGO form.
Merlin Entertainments will feature Peppa Pig in Merlin theme parks, with the first experiences launching later this year in Germany and Denmark. LEGOLAND Billund will have a new LEGO DUPLO Peppa Pig area and LEGOLAND Deutschland Park will have a Peppa Pig Park developed next to it. The new theme park features will be inspired by the upcoming DUPLO sets as well as characters and scenes found in the Peppa Pig series.
The LEGO Group and Merlin share in Hasbro and Peppa’s goal of designing play experiences specifically for little ones, giving children the confidence to treat every first step as a new adventure and confidently jump into all of life’s muddy puddles.
Peppa Pig already has experience in the world of entertainment attractions. Hasbro revealed plans for a second Peppa Pig Theme Park last year, following a successful 2022 launch of the first in Florida. The new park will open in North Texas this year.
The LEGO Group is continuing efforts to reach both its oldest and youngest fans with new sets, partnerships, and experiences. The new Peppa Pig DUPLO sets and attractions aim to give kids the opportunity to learn through play. The LEGO Group will release more details about the new LEGO DUPLO Peppa Pig sets soon.
