Mattel is inviting a VeeFriends character to the Masters of the Universe franchise.
The toy company has revealed a collaboration between VeeFriends, the entertainment company created by entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk, and Masters of the Universe. The special edition two-pack introduces Skilled Skeleton, a character who symbolizes VeeFriends’ mission to inspire optimism, accountability, and kindness, alongside The Lord of Darkness, Skeletor.
With 283 characters, all of which Vaynerchuk created and drew himself, VeeFriends leverages art, storytelling, and innovation to engage with collectors of all ages. This multipack features the first Skilled Skeleton collectible figure.

Skilled Skeleton has everything from glow-in-the-dark elements to swappable accessories and gear, including a shareable VeeFriends flex chain. Masters of the Universe Skeletor includes three swappable faceplates for his multiple moods, five swappable hands, a Sword of Power, a Havoc Staff, a hood, and armor. Both Skilled Skeleton and Skeletor’s heads are interchangeable and they have swappable “heart” and “rock” hands.

The figures are packaged in a custom box with sliding slipcovers and a mini-comic. Fans who own VeeFriends digital collectibles also have the opportunity to display an exclusive Snake Mountain background behind their existing VeeFriends character.
This unique Masters of the Universe VeeFriends Multipack will be available for preorder starting Oct. 6 at 12 p.m. ET exclusively at Mattel Creations for $45.
