It’s about time!

Melissa & Doug launched its first-ever brand campaign today: “Timeless Toys. Endless Possibilities.” The purpose-driven toy brand prides itself on inspiring kids to explore the world around them with a wide-range of hands-on, screen-free toys. Melissa & Doug’s new campaign echoes its mission and aims to reach parents who are searching for a simpler — but still engaging — kind of play for their kids.

For more than three decades, Melissa & Doug has made a name for itself with its wooden pretend play toys, developmental products, puzzles, and crafts: all whilst passionately championing the benefits of kid-powered play. For parents unfamiliar with Melissa & Doug, this new campaign will strive to introduce them to its mission, as well as the many wonder-filled products under the brand’s umbrella.

“With this campaign, we’re hoping to reach even more families with our message about the power of open-ended play,” says Global Head of Marketing at Melissa & Doug Bridgette Miller. “We know parents are always looking for those screen-free options that make learning fun and tangible. We aim to be a resource for parents by offering healthy, hands-on toys that actively engage kids’ imaginations.”

Developed by Edelman New York, the “Timeless Toys. Endless Possibilities” campaign conjures feelings of magic and wonder as it follows a young girl throughout her day of play. The campaign boasts Melissa & Doug’s goal to inspire kids to play in their own unique way and to empower them to let their imaginations run wild.

Melissa & Doug’s “Timeless Toys: Endless Possibilities” campaign launches digitally on Amazon, Hulu, and YouTube, as well as social platforms, including Pinterest and Instagram.
