Moonbug Entertainment is vastly expanding the international reach of its CoComelon brand thanks to newly inked deals with iQIYI and ByteDance/Xigua Video in China.

Kids in China will now be able to access CoComelon video and audio content in Mandarin and English as part of an overall effort to extend Moonbug’s footprint in the region. Last year, Moonbug entered the Chinese market and its been building partnerships ever since.

“The expansion of CoComelon to China is the start of a new, expansive chapter for Moonbug and lays the foundation for future partnerships within the market,” says Nicolas Eglau, managing director EMEA and APAC, Moonbug. “Our ambition is to ensure every child in China has the ability to connect with CoComelon characters through one or more of their preferred platforms.”

The growing CoComelon brand has become an international hit over the past two years. An extensive consumer products program, including toys from Jazwares, is available now.
