Paladone WeCool has added some serious retail experience to its U.S. sales bench.
Karyn Colomonico has joined the company as Sales Director, USA, bringing more than 13 years of experience in the toy business and a résumé that includes The LEGO Group, KidKraft, and Elenco Electronics.
Colomonico spent a decade at The LEGO Group in several sales roles, working with Walmart, Amazon, and licensing partners. She later led KidKraft’s Walmart business before moving to Elenco Electronics, home of Snap Circuits and Teach Tech.
At Paladone WeCool, she’ll focus on key retail relationships and growing distribution for the company’s licensed products across the U.S.
Her history with The LEGO Group also aligns well with one of Paladone’s newer opportunities.

The hire comes as Paladone WeCool continues to build its North American business around licensed, trend-driven products and larger retail programs.
