Mattel‘s Fireman Sam and Polly Pocket brands can expect to see new seasons of their series as well as a number of distribution deals secured by WildBrain.

The 2D-animated Polly Pocket show is based on the original micro-scale fashion doll brand and features Polly and her friends as they navigate the world in miniature with a magic locket that lets them shrink. Season 6 will bring the cast to new locations, from Brazil to Unicorn World, as they rescue animals, learn new dances, and learn new lessons on friendship.

Fireman Sam and Polly Pocket have resonated with fans globally for years, it’s fantastic to see the continued support and love for the brands. The stories of these brands will be told for generations to come, and there are so many more adventures happening in Pontypandy and Littleton.
Alex Godfrey, Vice President of Content Distribution at Mattel Television

Fireman Sam is still going strong as the series now approaches its 16th season. The CG-animated series follows Fireman Sam and the Pontypandy Rescue Team as they help people and animals across the village. In the newest season, the team will be getting an upgraded fire station and using it to assist citizens dealing with sea monsters, short-circuiting scarecrows, flaming kites, and more.

New distribution deals inked by WildBrain for Fireman Sam also span across the globe, with new deals in Germany, France, Poland, Austria, Italy, the UK, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Ireland, Norway, Canada, Israel, and more.

WildBrain has also seen new distribution deals for Mattel properties Bob the Builder and Little People, continuing to strengthen the partnership between the two companies. The greenlights and new deals are part of a larger co-development, production, distribution, and licensing agreement between Mattel and WildBrain.
