In licensing, as in life, sharing is caring. 

As such, Rainbow Loom and Cloudco Entertainment are partnering to release a line of co-branded Care Bear-themed jewelry kits and crafts.

Cloudco Entertainment, the owner of the Care Bears intellectual property (IP), and Rainbow Loom, known for its make-your-own jewelry and DIY craft-kits, inked the licensing deal for the Care Bears-inspired line to hit retailers in 2024. 

“Care Bears has touched the hearts of fans across generations, and we are excited to deliver delightful and innovative products that showcase the magic of the Care Bears to retailers in 2024,” says Choon Ng, Owner and President of Rainbow Loom.

Amy Sullivan, Head of Retail at Cloudco Entertainment, adds, “Rainbow Loom’s commitment to creativity and self-expression aligns perfectly with the spirit of the Care Bears brand. Together, we will bring unique and engaging products to fans, fostering imagination and spreading the message of sharing and caring.” 

This partnership comes on the heels of a number of expansions of the Care Bears IP with multiple new licensing agreements this year, such as deals with Panoceanic for sunglasses, Berkshire for kids’ headwear and rain gear, and Smoko for adult apparel.
