Toy Fair season looks different this year, but new products are rolling out around the world.

Following a teaser during its media day presentation last fall, Funko will formally unveil its entry into the world of micro collectibles at London Toy Fair next week: Bitty Pops!

The new range, which is available for retailer orders now, takes the Funko Pop! stylization into the micro scale with tiny versions of popular figures and packaging from a variety of top properties. Wave 1 includes licensed characters from The Walt Disney Co. and Warner Bros.

Speaking to our sister publication, The Pop Insider, last fall, Funko President Andrew Perlmutter commented on the careful consideration that the company’s product development team put into the Bitty Pops! line.

“What we didn’t want to do is just put something in a ball and put it out, because that’s what was trending,” Perlmutter said. “We will make sense for our brand. … I think this is gonna open up the door to a lot of people who are like, I don’t want a bunch of these [Pops!] sitting around, but I like them, so this is how I can participate without filling my shelves.”

Funko plans to release Disney Classics and Harry Potter characters in the first wave of Bitty Pops! that hits retail this summer.
