JAKKS Pacific and its costume division, Disguise, are expanding their The Simpsons product lineup for 2027 with new costumes, toys, and collectibles inspired by the animated series and its upcoming theatrical film.
Disguise will introduce an expanded Halloween costume collection in North America, featuring infant and toddler sizes for the first time alongside children’s and adult styles. The assortment will include costumes inspired by Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie, allowing families to dress as the entire Simpson family.
The collection will also feature Disguise’s first Simpsons inflatable costumes, along with updated designs and new materials inspired by the characters’ signature looks. Following interest from retail buyers at recent toy previews, Disguise plans to expand the line in future seasons with additional characters and costume formats.

JAKKS Pacific will introduce new toys and collectibles throughout 2027, beginning with a 5-inch collector figure line in the spring. A dedicated collection featuring figures and premium plush will accompany the upcoming Simpsons theatrical film from 20th Century Studios, scheduled to arrive in theaters Sept. 3, 2027.
For Halloween, JAKKS Pacific will expand its Treehouse of Horror assortment with new 5-inch and premium figures inspired by the franchise’s Halloween-themed episodes.
