Volt Factor has been appointed the exclusive global licensing agent for Motorsport Network, expanding the motorsport and automotive media company’s presence in licensed consumer products.

Under the agreement, Volt Factor will oversee Motorsport Network’s global licensing strategy, identifying partners and developing opportunities across apparel, fashion accessories, leather goods, collectibles, games, publishing, gifts, and lifestyle products.

The licensing program will encompass Motorsport Network’s portfolio of media and entertainment brands, including Autosport, Motorsport.com, Motor1, InsideEVs, RideApart, Autosport Awards, and Autosport Business Exchange. The initiative aims to reach established motorsport and automotive enthusiasts while introducing the brands to younger audiences.

“We’re not just licensing a logo,” says Elan Freedman, Co-Founder and CEO of Volt Factor. “Motorsport Network gets to create and deliver racing culture itself, through products that speak to every kind of fan, from lifelong enthusiasts to a new generation coming into the sport.”

At the center of the portfolio is Autosport, the motorsport publication founded in 1950. The brand has covered international racing for more than 75 years, including the Formula 1 World Championship. Motorsport Network’s broader portfolio spans racing, automotive news, electric vehicles, motorcycles, and motorsport business.

“With Autosport’s remarkable heritage and the depth of our global motorsport and automotive portfolio, we are excited to work with Volt Factor to bring fans closer to the brands they know and love,” shares Michael Kane, Senior Vice President of Business Development for Motorsport Network.

Motorsport Network reports reaching more than 61 million monthly digital users and 21 million social media followers across 81 countries and 15 languages.

Founded in 2026 by Elan Freedman and Lindsay Hampton, Volt Factor specializes in developing intellectual property into consumer brands through licensing, content, and product partnerships. The Motorsport Network agreement will focus on establishing long-term licensing relationships across international markets.
