Connetix is a rapidly expanding toy business focused on creating incredible open-ended STEAM-accredited magnetic tiles that help to develop imagination and creativity in people of all ages.
Our company operates on a family-friendly, flexible work-from-home (remote) model and therefore successful applicants will be required to have a workspace to safely accommodate this arrangement.
The National & Key Accounts Manager will play a critical role in managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts at a national or even international level. Your primary goal is to maximize sales, profitability, and growth opportunities within these accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Outcomes
- Develop and nurture relationships with national retail accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure successful product launches and inventory management.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to identify new growth opportunities.
- Create and implement strategic account plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Full P&L Responsibility for sales channels (retail & education)

To be successful in this position you will need prior experience within the Toy Industry
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of successful national account management in the consumer goods, toy, or related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-making at various levels.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Attending trade shows
- Comfortable working from home in a remote office setting
Nb: Base salary ($50,000 – 65,000 + commission depending on experience)
