Legendary Entertainment to Debut Kong X Godzilla: The Ride in Seoul

From theather screens to theme park screams, Legendary Entertainment is debuting Kong X Godzilla: The Ride at Lotte World Adventure on July 24.

This debut marks the Monsterverse’s entry point into the theme park industry.  Developed in collaboration with Toho Co., Ltd. and Sally Dark Rides, this multimedia dark ride delivers breathtaking scale and immersive world-creation. On this ride, guests will experience an 11-minute adventure featuring massive screens, towering animatronics, special effects, and dynamic motions.  

After boarding Hollow Earth Aerial Vehicles (HEAVs), riders become MONARCH recruits who embark on a high-state mission into Hollow Earth. Between sudden volcanic activities and chaotic Titans, riders must follow Kong, restore balance, and discover how Godzilla factors into the crisis.

Riders also experience this level of immersion before and after the ride. Before boarding, guests will uncover new Titans-based intelligence and receive their mission as they move through MONARCH’s facilities. After the attraction, guests will find a dedicated photo area and a shop featuring exclusive Kong X Godzilla: The Ride merchandise.
