The LEGO Group revealed LEGO Ninjago: Dragons Rising, a new era of LEGO Ninjago that will include an animated TV series created with Epic Games’ Unreal Engine, as well as an assortment of new products. The new world is created from merged realms and will bring back fan-favorite characters in addition to introducing new ones.

The new generation of Ninjago characters will come together and unlock their true potential to find the well-known ninjas, who have gone missing in a new world of merged realms. The ninjas will need all the help they can get to defend the source dragons who will unite their world forever or destroy it completely.

LEGO Ninjago: Dragons Rising includes a range of products featuring original characters as well as new ninjas Sora and Arin, and a new baby dragon Riyu. 

Kai and Ras’s Car and Bike Battle 103-piece set ($19.99) includes a dragon car, an all-terrain vehicle, Kai, and Lord Ras minifigures, blue lightning in a display holder, and two flame elements for kids to play out exciting moments from the series. Ages: 4+

Nya and Arin’s Baby Dragon Battle ($34.99) features two dragons, a jet plane, and a hideout cave with energy crystals, plus three minifigures to inspire hours of role-play with 157 pieces. Ages: 4+

Kai’s Dragon Power Spinjitzu Flip ($10.99), Nya’s Dragon Power Spinjitzu Drift ($10.99), and Lloyd’s Dragon Power Spinjitzu Spin ($10.99) let fans master Spinjitzu skills with interactive flipping and spinning toys. Ages: 6+

Imperium Dragon Hunter Hound ($19.99) features a monster toy and three minifigures. The 198-piece set will have fans traveling to Imperium for a daring mission with Jay and Lloyd, as they take on the Imperium Claw General, who is riding a fearsome Photac Beast. Ages: 6+

Zane’s Dragon Power Spinjitzu Race Car ($34.99) features a ninja car, two hover flyers, and four minifigures. Fans can push down the car’s spoiler to activate its dragon power and launch a stealth attack. Ages: 7+

Sora’s Transforming Mech Bike Racer ($47.99) features a mech, a dragon, and three minifigures. Fans can jump in the mech’s cockpit before transforming it into a bike to enter a high-speed chase with Rapton on his glider. Ages: 8+

Heatwave Transforming Lava Dragon ($79.99) features a ninja dragon, a hovercraft vehicle, and five minifigures. With Kai, Lloyd, and Wyldfyre, fans can transform Heatwave into battle mode and fight back by firing its purple dragon power element at the dragon hunters. Ages: 8+

Lloyd and Arin’s Ninja Team Mechs ($79.99) features two battle mechs and five minifigures. Fans can help Lloyd and Arin jump inside a pair of mech suits or combine the two mechs to create one larger fighting mech. Ages: 9+

Temple of the Dragon Energy Cores ($94.99) is a Ninjago temple set that features six minifigures including Cole, Kai, and Nya. The set will bring fans on a trip into the World Forest to explore the Temple of the Dragon Energy Cores. Ages: 8+

Elemental Dragon vs. The Empress Mech ($129.99) features a dragon, mech, ninja flyer, and six minifigures. With this set, fans can team up with baby dragon Riyu, Sora, Zane, and Jay to battle Lord Ras, Empress Beatrix, and an Imperium Guard. Ages: 9+

Destiny’s Bounty – race against time ($159.99) will take fans to the skies to fly above the merged world. This set features the Ninja Airship, two Dragons, and six minifigures. Ages: 9+

LEGO Ninjago City Markets ($369.99) is a highly detailed set with more than 6,000 pieces. Standing at 20 inches tall, this is Ninjago’s biggest building set with four floors and includes a cable car, a bakery, a boat, apartments, an elevator, a rooftop food court, and more. The set comes with 21 minifigures. Ages: 14+

The LEGO Ninjago: Dragons Rising sets will be available on June 1 at LEGO.com/ninjago and globally in LEGO stores and select retailers.

The accompanying multiplatform TV series will also be released on June 1 with its first batch of 10 episodes. An additional 10 episodes are slated for release this fall.
