Comic-Con International: San Diego (SDCC) is officially in full swing at the San Diego Convention Center, and when it comes to Hasbro, the Force is with them.
At this year’s annual gathering of pop culture enthusiasts, Hasbro is unveiling a host of new products, including an all-new line inspired by Lucasfilm’s Star Wars franchise.
The Toy Book has your exclusive first look at a new Mission Fleet offering inspired by the upcoming Ahsoka on Disney+ alongside the debut of Star Wars Droidables, a collection of 4-inch, portable pals, each packed with more than 20 different light and sound effects inspired by the franchise.
STAR WARS DROIDABLES BB-8, R2-D2, and CHOPPER (C1-10P)
Star Wars Droidables are described as “expressive, de-stressive sidekicks.” Kids ages 4 and up can interact with these 4-inch portable pals, each packed with more than 20 different light and sound effects inspired by the Star Wars galaxy. The collection includes the franchise spanning Astromech Droid R2-D2, BB-8 from the sequel trilogy, and Chopper, the scrappy droid from Star Wars Rebels and the upcoming live-action series Ahsoka.
Each Droidables’ head can rock forward, backward, side to side, and in a circular motion to activate different reactions, including happy, sad, excited, and more. Batteries are included, so kids can start rocking and unlocking interactions right out of the box.
Retailers can begin stocking Star Wars Droidables later this summer with an MSRP of $19.99.
STAR WARS MISSION FLEET T-6 JEDI SHUTTLE SHOWDOWN
The Mission Fleet collection of kid-friendly Star Wars action figures and vehicles expands this fall with a new set for kids ages 4 and up.
Inspired by the live-action series Ahosoka on Disney+, the Star Wars Mission Fleet T-6 Jedi Shuttle Showdown action figure set includes a 2.5-inch-scale Ahsoka Tano action figure with fully poseable arms, legs, and head. Ahsoka fits into the cockpit of her T-6 Jedi Shuttle and comes with two lightsaber accessories. Additionally, the Shuttle includes a pair of projectile launchers and projectiles for blasting action.
Retailers can begin stocking the T-6 Jedi Shuttle Showdown beginning this fall with an MSRP of $44.99.
