European STEM education brand CircuitMess has released a new technological toy, Chatter 2.0, and brought it to Sam’s Club stores across the U.S.
Chatter 2.0 is a texting toy that teaches kids about cybersecurity, how to assemble electronic devices and how to code. The toy comes with an instruction manual to help kids construct the two devices. No previous experience or knowledge is required to construct the toy, inviting kids of all ages and skill sets to give Chatter 2.0 a try.
“We’re always looking for innovative items that offer exceptional value for our members,” says Sam’s Club Senior Merchant Cole Powell. “With this item, children can enter the world of STEM and telecommunications and learn valuable skills that will help prepare them for the jobs of the future.”
The partnership with Sam’s Club will place the toy in front of thousands of kids and families across the U.S. just in time for the holidays. For $99.98, kids will be able to reap the benefits of STEM education through Chatter 2.0.
“Ultimately, our goal is to help children foster creativity and problem-solving skills and prepare them for the tech-driven world of the 21st century,” says Albert Gajsak, CEO, CircuitMess. “For this very reason, we developed Chatter — a kit that is complex enough to teach about interesting concepts, but simple enough to keep kids interested and engaged.”
Based in Croatia, CircuitMess has been making a global splash of late with products including its CircuitMess Batmobile, which it developed in partnership with Warner Bros.
